Terms of Service
This document was written from how Linki actually works, so it is honest, but it has not been checked by a qualified lawyer and it is not final. Anything marked [TO BE COMPLETED] still needs a real answer. Do not rely on this as legal advice.

1. Who we are
Linki is a service that lets a seller publish an online shop and receive orders. It is operated by [TO BE COMPLETED] registered operator name, registered in [TO BE COMPLETED] jurisdiction (e.g. Rwanda). In this document “Linki”, “we” and “us” mean that operator, “you” means a seller using the service, and “buyer” means somebody who places an order through your shop.
2. What Linki does, and what it does not do
Linki gives you a shop page, a link to share, product and stock management, and a list of the orders buyers place. Linki is not a payment service. We do not take, hold, move or refund money. Payment happens directly between you and your buyer, through MTN Mobile Money or whatever method you agree with them. We have no account that your money passes through and we take no commission on your sales.
3. Delivery is your business
Linki does not calculate, charge, arrange or guarantee delivery. Checkout collects a delivery area from your buyer as plain information for you. What delivery costs, how it happens and when, is entirely between you and your buyer.
4. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. We never see or store a password. You also verify a phone number with a code, because that number is how we send you order notifications. Keep your Google account secure: anybody who can sign into it can manage your shop.
5. Your shop and your content
Your products, photos, prices and shop name remain yours. You give us permission to display them on your shop page and in share previews so your shop works. You are responsible for what you publish: that you have the right to use the photos, that your prices and stock are accurate, and that what you sell is legal to sell.
6. What you may not sell or do
You may not use Linki to sell anything illegal in [TO BE COMPLETED] jurisdiction (e.g. Rwanda), to publish content you do not have the right to use, to impersonate somebody else, or to mislead buyers about what they are buying. You may not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
7. Suspension
If we believe a shop breaks these terms we may suspend it, which makes the shop page unavailable to buyers. Suspension does not delete anything: your products, orders and account remain, and the shop can be restored. We will tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, contact us and a person will look at it again.
8. Plans and payment for Linki itself
Linki has a free plan with a monthly limit on confirmed orders, and paid plans without that limit. Billing is not switched on at the time of writing, so nothing is being charged. When billing starts we will notify you first, and charging will begin from the following calendar month — we will never bill you for a month that has already passed. Reaching the free limit does not take your shop offline; it only pauses your ability to confirm further orders that month.
9. The service is provided as it is
We work to keep Linki available and correct, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable or never contain a fault. To the extent the law allows, Linki is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for lost sales, lost profit or lost data. 10. Ending it
You can stop using Linki at any time and ask us to delete your shop. We may end your access if you break these terms. If we end the service itself, we will give you notice and a way to export your data.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when this version was written.
12. Law and contact
