Thousands of people in Rwanda run real businesses out of WhatsApp and Instagram. They have the products, the photos and the customers. What they do not have is a proper place to send somebody who asks “what do you have?”

So they answer the same questions all day, lose orders between chats, and re-send the same photos. Linki is for exactly that problem. One link, everything you sell, orders in a list, and money that goes straight to your own MoMo.

We are starting in Kigali with a small number of shops, working closely with them, and fixing what they tell us is broken. Kenya and Tanzania come after Rwanda.

What we will not do

  • We will not hold your money. Buyers pay you directly, always.
  • We will not take a commission on your sales.
  • We will not take your shop offline because of a plan limit.
  • We will not bill you for a month that has already passed, and we will tell you before any charge starts.
  • We will not sell your buyers’ phone numbers, or track them across other websites.

You need a Google account, a phone number, and one product with a photo. Nothing is charged, and you can change the address until you go live.
