Confirming that a buyer has paid

When you show your MoMo code at checkout, you are the one who confirms that the money arrived. Here is exactly what happens.

1. The order arrives

You get an SMS, and the order appears in your dashboard as “Waiting for payment”. The stock is already held for that buyer, so nobody else can take the last one while they are paying.

2. Check your MoMo

Look for the amount shown on the order. Match the amount, not just the name — buyers sometimes send from a different number than the one they typed.

3. Tap “Mark paid”

Open the order and tap it. You can add the MoMo reference from your SMS as a note, which makes it much easier to sort out a dispute weeks later. The order becomes confirmed and, if your plan includes it, your buyer gets a confirmation SMS.

4. Then deliver, and mark it delivered

Marking it delivered keeps your list clean so you can see what still needs packing.

If the money never comes

Cancel the order. The stock goes back on the shelf automatically, and a cancelled order does not count against your free monthly limit. We never cancel one of these orders for you automatically, because the buyer may have paid without telling you — instead, after a while, we flag it as needing your attention.

Every confirmation is recorded

Who confirmed it, and when. That record cannot be edited or deleted, which protects you as much as your buyer.
